Product Purchasing Specialist (Fresh Cut Flowers)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Purchasing Specialist for fresh cut flowers to join Gulf Flowers Distribution in Dubai. The role focuses on analytical market research, supplier coordination, order processing and quality control to ensure optimal inventory and competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with import suppliers and local logistics partners to secure timely deliveries of floral decor items.
• Generate and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate specifications, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Partner with suppliers to conduct quality inspections of incoming shipments and enforce product standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze turnover rates and support optimal stock management for fresh cut flowers.
• Track market trends, price movements and competitor activity to provide data‑driven purchasing recommendations.
