Product Specialist - Medical Products

About the role

A Product Specialist is sought in Dubai to promote and sell medical and healthcare products. The role builds relationships with healthcare professionals, delivers product presentations and executes territory plans to reach revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals in the Dubai market
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinics
• Run product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to shape sales tactics
• Work with marketing and medical affairs teams on product launches and promotions
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and territory business plans
• Take part in industry conferences and events to raise product visibility

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a non-technical sales environment
• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and medical product landscape
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage territory plans and travel within Dubai

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
• Prior product specialist or clinical liaison experience
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements for medical devices and pharmaceuticals
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
