Professor of Business Management – Full‑Time Faculty

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Professor of Business Management to join our faculty in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, mentor students, and support the growth of the Business Management department.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars and tutorials in Business Management.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans and assessments.
• Provide academic guidance, career counseling and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to curriculum design and ensure alignment with industry trends.
• Engage in research, publish findings and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental meetings and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field.
• 3‑5 years of university‑level teaching experience in Business Management.
• Strong knowledge of business management theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using educational technologies to enhance learning.
