Program Director

About the role

The Program Director will lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource coordination, and delivering project outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and progress reporting for the entire programme of projects.
• Coordinate with clients, supervision consultants, EPC contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with UAE power and water transmission regulations.
• Lead engineering management, procurement and delivery activities across multiple projects.
• Monitor project performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to senior management and client executive teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering programme management, preferably in power or water transmission.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and large‑scale contracts.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in a complex stakeholder environment.
