About the role

Penspen is hiring a Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi, experienced in service station and industrial engineering. The role supports the Project Management and Construction Department manager in meeting departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise multiple projects across different areas and locations.
Direct, supervise and control the quality and progress of work carried out by construction contractors.
Ensure company policies on technical, safety, quality and environmental aspects are correctly applied.
Review and recommend cost estimates and schedules for management approval.
Monitor budget, schedule and quality throughout project execution against the approved plan.
Hold weekly and monthly meetings with contractors and project management consultants to resolve bottlenecks and keep work on schedule.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (minimum 4-year programme).
20 years of experience, including 12 years in a similar role.
Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Valid UAE driving licence and residence in Abu Dhabi.
