Project Manager – eInvoice Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of UAE e‑invoicing and digital compliance transformation projects. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive successful delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end UAE e‑invoicing implementation projects.
• Coordinate with finance, tax, IT, product, implementation, and customer teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, UAT, and go‑live readiness.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Manage project documentation, compliance tracking, and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively drive outcomes rather than merely tracking tasks.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of project management experience.
• Experience in digital transformation, fintech, tax technology, compliance platforms, SaaS, system integration, and enterprise implementation projects.
• Strong background in managing cross‑functional and client‑facing projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage complex implementations with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
