Project Manager – Engineering Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple engineering consultancy projects. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and project teams.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and produce financial reports.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, preparing status reports and documenting lessons learned.
• Oversee project closure, finalize documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
