Project Manager, Engineering Design & Technical

About the role

The Engineering Project Manager will provide technical support for Radisson Hotel Group developments across the Middle East and Africa. You will oversee new‑build, conversion and retrofit projects, ensuring they meet the brand’s engineering standards and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group Engineering Technical Brand Standards.
• Monitor and advise on the correct implementation of Engineering Technical Design Guidelines.
• Track and report engineering progress during the execution phase.
• Control fire, life & safety compliance in all projects.
• Review MEP trades and systems for adherence to RHG standards.
• Develop and manage design deviations and non‑compliant elements.
• Build strong relationships with owners, developers, contractors and design teams.
• Promote Radisson brand design philosophy for consistency across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of MEP project management experience, with at least 5 years on large‑scale projects in the GCC.
• Proven experience in commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of GCC building regulations and local authority approval processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
