Project Manager – Fit‑Out Specialist

About the role

Jw Turner Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit‑out projects for retail and hospitality clients. You will be responsible for taking projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, and assign tasks to team members.
• Coordinate with design architects to interpret final designs and translate them into actionable execution plans.
• Monitor project progress, produce status reports, and communicate updates to management.
• Obtain all required government approvals and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage procurement of decoration and finishing materials.
• Track risks, escalations, and issue resolution according to the project work plan.
• Oversee quality tests, inspections, and documentation of compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external contractors, and third‑party suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing fit‑out projects in retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
