Project Manager – Inspection Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Project Manager (Inspection Services) will lead the planning, resourcing and mobilisation of QA/QC inspection teams for oil & gas and petro‑chemical construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures qualified inspectors are deployed on time, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with client, schedule and industry requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower resourcing strategies, manage hiring, onboarding and maintain a qualified inspector pool.
• Lead mobilisation and demobilisation of inspection teams in line with project schedules.
• Supervise logistics for travel, visas, work permits, accommodation and site access.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and client specifications; maintain accurate records.
• Create and manage budgets for recruitment, travel, accommodation and deployment; identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Act as primary client contact for manpower and logistics matters; provide regular updates to senior management.
• Lead, mentor and drive performance of resourcing and logistics teams while fostering a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC inspection resources, logistics and project coordination within construction or oil & gas environments.
• Strong understanding of local labour regulations and client certification requirements.
