Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out & Retail Displays

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact interior fit‑out, retail display and permanent fixture projects for global brands. Based in Dubai, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our in‑house design, production and estimating teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, translating technical drawings and client briefs into actionable steps.
• Monitor risks, implement mitigation strategies and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Lead cross‑functional internal teams, delegate tasks and foster collaboration across design, production and estimating.
• Control budgets, track costs, manage material planning and enforce quality standards.
• Oversee project handover, conduct post‑project evaluations and complete administrative close‑out.

Required profile

• Background in interior fit‑out, retail displays or permanent fixtures.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in companies with in‑house production is a strong advantage.
• PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
