Project Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of EPC MEP projects, from initiation through commissioning and close‑out, ensuring safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery for clients in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project teams, lead kick‑off meetings and develop execution, subcontracting and estimation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain project execution plans, master schedules, budgets, risk registers and information‑management systems.
• Manage technical issues, change orders and client communications while reporting progress to senior management.
• Hold full P&L accountability, oversee cost control, revenue delivery, margin management and cash collection.
• Ensure HSSE compliance, lead risk mitigation and drive continuous improvement in project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager on medium to large‑scale EPC projects, preferably on‑shore and off‑shore.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, negotiate scope changes and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated HSSE leadership and compliance experience.

• Project management of EPC/M&E contracts, including scope, schedule, cost and risk control.
• Change management processes and contract administration.
• Information‑management systems and project documentation handling.
• Cash‑flow forecasting, cost‑at‑completion analysis and financial reporting.
