Project Manager – MODU Projects (Immediate Start)

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals for immediate start on long‑term MODU (Semi‑submersible and Drillship) projects worldwide. Positions include a Project Manager, a Project Engineer – Mechanical & Drilling Equipment, and a Project Engineer – Marine & Structural.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and control of MODU SPS and contractual preparation projects.
• Develop detailed SOW work packs, time and budget estimates, and monitor progress against defined budgets.
• Coordinate with main suppliers, ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment, and manage offshore inspections (CAT III) and overhauls (CAT IV).
• Champion safety compliance with the rig‑owner safety management system and class societies (DNV, ABS).
• Provide technical oversight for marine systems (WTI, ballast, bilge, LSA) and mechanical/drilling equipment.
• Support offshore Barge Master activities where required.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of project management or engineering experience on MODU projects.
• Valid PMP certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience with Drillship SPS, contractual preparations and detailed planning.
• Hands‑on experience with CAT III inspections and CAT IV equipment overhauls.
• Familiarity with DNV and ABS class requirements.
• Ability to work onsite worldwide and remotely during planning phases.
