Project Manager – Residential Renovations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead residential renovation projects for high‑net‑worth clients in Dubai. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from contract signing to handover, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 concurrent residential renovation projects from mobilisation to practical completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed week‑by‑week, trade‑by‑trade project programmes and budget sheets.
• Coordinate all trades on‑site, including in‑house teams and subcontractors, and conduct daily site visits and weekly inspections.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns, and ensure compliance with Creative Home quality and civil/structural standards.
• Submit and follow up on authority approvals (Nakheel, Emaar, DM, Trakhees, etc.), manage NOC applications, inspections, and completion certificates.
• Act as the primary client contact during construction, providing weekly progress updates, managing expectations, handling concerns, and securing sign‑offs at key milestones.
• Monitor project budgets versus actual spend, raise and manage variation orders, and approve subcontractor orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering residential renovation projects in Dubai.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong communication and client‑management skills, with a professional on‑site presence.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s authority approval processes and NOC requirements.
