Public Relations Intern – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Join Chanel’s PR team in Dubai as a Public Relations Intern, supporting daily press activities across the fashion, watches & fine jewellery, and beauty divisions. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced luxury environment, helping you develop a solid foundation in media relations and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital, social and print media, compiling daily clippings and monthly activity reports.
• Maintain and update the PR database and organise the PR stockroom and library.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including venue scouting, RSVP management, hair‑and‑makeup coordination and model selection.
• Prepare and distribute press kits and other PR materials.
• Support sample management for shoots using Fashion GPS and provide assistance for Watches & Fine Jewellery activities.
• Respond to press inquiries regarding images, samples and pricing.
• Help coordinate special Chanel shootings and press trips, handling restaurant reservations, destination research and itinerary updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in public relations and the luxury industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic team.
