Quality Controller – Automotive Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced automotive Quality Controller to ensure that refurbished, repaired and painted vehicles meet the highest standards of workmanship. You will work closely with workshop teams across the UAE to identify quality issues, analyse repeat repairs and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on vehicles after refurbishment, body repair and paint work.
• Identify workmanship concerns before vehicle release and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyse repeat‑repair cases and suggest improvement measures.
• Support painters, panel beaters, technicians and supervisors in raising workmanship standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and repeat‑repair analysis reports.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quality Controller in a reputable automotive dealership.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint and refurbishment.
• Self‑driven, able to work in a high‑volume multicultural workshop environment.
