Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. You will manage project costs, control expenditures and ensure financial certainty throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control project expenditures, ensuring payments comply with contractual reimbursement principles.
• Develop, implement and maintain cost‑management strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Monitor and forecast final project costs, reviewing and approving cost forecasts.
• Oversee variations, amendments and cash‑flow forecasting, and approve post‑contract valuations.
• Prepare and analyse cost reports, supporting stakeholders with transparent financial performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related field.
• Professional registration with RICS or equivalent statutory body.
• Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis and post‑contract valuations on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, bills of quantities and contractual principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital measurement tools.
• Experience using cost‑planning software and tender document management systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management software.
