About the role

RHK Properties LLC is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and onboarding top‑tier talent to build high‑performing sales and corporate teams that align with the company’s culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for real‑estate and corporate positions.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of real‑estate agents and industry professionals.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring processes.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and professional presentation.
