Real Estate Recruiter (Property Sector)

About the role

MPRIVE, a rapidly growing real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a Real Estate Recruiter to take full ownership of its talent acquisition pipeline. The recruiter sources, interviews and onboards experienced property consultants, including real estate agents and property specialists, to support the company's expansion in the Dubai property market. Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be able to join immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding experienced Real Estate Agents and Property Specialists
• Using advanced sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com and local real estate networks
• Building a strong, continuous pipeline of talent to support the company's growth plans
• Conducting initial assessments to confirm candidates have the drive, network and negotiation skills needed for real estate success

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience strictly within the UAE Real Estate / Property sector
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
• Profiles from Europe, UK, USA, Australia or CIS countries are highly preferred due to market alignment and target demographic requirements
