Real Estate Sales Agent – Turkish Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing Dubai office. The role focuses on Turkish‑speaking clients interested in investing in off‑plan properties in Dubai, using high‑quality leads provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company‑provided leads to convert inquiries into property sales.
• Understand clients' investment objectives, budgets and preferences and recommend suitable off‑plan opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, project presentations and property viewings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, developer projects, pricing and payment plans.
• Record client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate sales, preferably with a proven track record of closing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off‑plan market and ability to convert leads into sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent Turkish (essential); additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Experience with major Dubai developers is preferred.
