About the role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on generating and managing property listings on Bayut and providing professional advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings on Bayut.
- Respond promptly to buyer and tenant inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai market trends and pricing.
- Meet monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Proven experience using Bayut for listings and lead management.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
- Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and RERA certification (advantage).
