About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on generating and managing property listings on Bayut and providing professional advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage property listings on Bayut.
• Respond promptly to buyer and tenant inquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai market trends and pricing.
• Meet monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Proven experience using Bayut for listings and lead management.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and RERA certification (advantage).
