About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring high‑performing real estate agents who can drive sales success in the competitive UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit experienced real estate agents.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for skills, performance and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and networking.
• Ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting Dubai real estate agents.
• Proven success hiring high‑performing sales professionals.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
