Receptionist & Patient Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join a premium aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the entire patient journey, ensuring a seamless, high‑end experience from first contact to post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person, providing a personalized front‑desk experience.
• Schedule appointments, consultations and treatment sessions, coordinating with doctors, nurses and other clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, appointment calendars and administrative documentation while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Explain clinic services, aesthetic treatments and packages, supporting patient conversion and retention.
• Address patient concerns and feedback professionally, upholding high standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator in a clinical, aesthetic, dermatology or premium healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with the ability to interact confidently with VIP and high‑profile clientele.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
• Availability for full‑time employment in Dubai.
