About the role
The bank is seeking a professional Receptionist who is fluent in Tagalog to join its front‑desk team in Dubai. This long‑term position involves being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a courteous and efficient service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front‑desk operations, maintain a welcoming environment and keep visitor logs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for bank staff.
- Verify customer details and guide them through basic banking procedures.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.
- Assist customers with forms and general banking queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer‑service operations while maintaining confidentiality of customer information and bank records.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of experience in administration or receptionist roles.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
- Fluency in Tagalog is mandatory.
- Immediate availability is highly desired.
