Recruiter (FinTech)

About the role

Kredete is looking for a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its non‑technical functions across multiple international markets. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent for business, operations, legal, compliance, finance, customer experience, marketing, and corporate roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all non‑technical positions.
• Source and engage candidates across several countries.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and generate recruitment reports.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from application to offer.
• Support employer branding, university recruiting, and talent community initiatives.
• Assist with offer preparation and candidate closing.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for business, operations, legal, compliance, finance, or customer‑facing functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
