Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Recruiter at Vitae.ai you will translate human hiring expertise into scalable, AI‑driven recruitment outcomes. You will own the end‑to‑end candidate journey while collaborating with internal teams that build an all‑in‑one operating system for AI‑powered recruiting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including requirement clarification and hiring‑stage management.
• Source qualified candidates using structured search strategies across relevant channels and build targeted pipelines.
• Conduct initial screenings and structured assessments to validate experience, skills, motivation and role fit.
• Coordinate candidate journey logistics, keeping candidates informed and moving decisions forward.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine scorecards, interview plans and selection criteria.
• Present concise shortlists with strengths, gaps and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with clear ownership of sourcing, screening, coordination and closing.
• Experience in 360‑recruiting agency environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to use an ATS and manage reporting workflows (pipeline health, stage conversion, activity logs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
