About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent sourcing and acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will design innovative sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning hiring efforts with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from posting to offer acceptance, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, and representation at industry events.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into actionable hiring plans.
• Maintain recruitment records, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and generate hiring metrics.
• Conduct market research and talent trend analysis to support workforce planning.
• Utilize ATS and HR technologies to streamline processes and improve time‑to‑hire.
