Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Middle East Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across its Middle East operations. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and onboard candidates ranging from junior staff to directors for highly technical construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate daily with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and tight timelines.
• Conduct screenings, salary negotiations and maintain long‑term candidate relationships.
• Develop and nurture a robust candidate pipeline using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and promote the Turner & Townsend employer brand.

Required profile

• BSc/BA degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East.
• Strong communication, networking and analytical abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and independent judgment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
