Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our hospitality portfolio and drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire high‑calibre candidates across a variety of hospitality functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications and candidate profiles.
• Conduct screenings, interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offers, pre‑employment documentation and onboarding activities.
• Deliver regular recruitment updates and market insights to HR and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets and time‑to‑fill targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, commercially minded and highly organized approach.
