Recruitment Consultant - UAE Market

About the role

Shaerp Next, an international recruitment agency with clients across the UAE, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Recruitment Consultant to join its team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role is primarily desk-based and focuses on sourcing, screening and placing candidates across several professional disciplines, with headhunting and successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates across sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, procurement and management functions
• Independently source, identify and engage qualified candidates across the UAE
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments across industries and seniority levels
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against client requirements
• Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases and referrals
• Build and maintain talent pools and prepare high-quality shortlists and submissions
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and support offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and work with commercial and account management teams
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, submission targets and placement objectives

Required profile

• Proven recruitment agency or staffing company experience; preferably 5+ years of hands-on recruitment
• Demonstrable track record of successful placements in the UAE
• Experience recruiting across several professional disciplines
• Fluent professional English
• Exclusively corporate HR or internal recruitment backgrounds will not be considered

Required skills

• Strong sourcing, headhunting and Boolean search capabilities
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and regional job platforms
• Ability to manage vacancies independently from sourcing to placement
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
