Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end hiring process across multiple business functions. The role will handle candidate sourcing, interview coordination, communication and maintain accurate recruitment records to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels and develop talent pools for key roles.
• Prepare and post job advertisements, coordinate assessments, screening calls and pre‑employment checks.
• Conduct initial screenings, present shortlists to the Lead and manage market research on competitor hiring trends.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones, set up video links and manage logistics for candidates and interview panels.
• Communicate with candidates about application status and interview feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, market research and pipeline development.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights on hiring metrics and pipeline status.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Proven experience working with ATS and other recruitment technologies, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word for data management and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support sourcing and market research.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
