About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead full‑cycle hiring for a fast‑growing international shipping and logistics company based in Dubai. You will partner with leadership to shape talent strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals and strategic sourcing.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on hiring strategies, workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs and overall recruitment operations in a high‑growth environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume and strategic hiring.
- Highly organized, energetic, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting.
