Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead full‑cycle hiring for Hong Kong and East Asia, overseeing everything from job posting to onboarding. You will also drive campus recruitment and graduate programs, building strong university partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Hong Kong and East Asia roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead campus recruitment and graduate program initiatives, managing university relationships, career talks, interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, business leaders and HQ HR to define hiring needs, optimise strategies and deliver high‑quality talent quickly.
• Conduct active talent sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, talent mapping, headhunter management and regional talent pools.
• Provide consistent English communication with global HQ, cross‑border candidates, vendors and regional teams; prepare recruitment reports and candidate profiles.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations, company HR policies and global onboarding/payroll systems.
• Track recruitment metrics, update dashboards, summarise hiring progress and support annual manpower planning.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding in Hong Kong and East Asia markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–3 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably with regional or industry HR exposure.
• Fluent written and spoken English; capable of cross‑border email communication, English interview coordination and report writing.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes and ability to manage multiple openings and campus projects independently.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong recruitment market and employment compliance is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, detail‑orientation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced regional environment.
