Recruitment Specialist – Full Cycle Hiring

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring across its rapidly growing property-management group. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of positions, from blue-collar roles such as housekeepers and drivers to specialist office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for every vacancy: intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and handover to onboarding.
• Maintain a live pipeline and ensure no role remains idle for more than one week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels; keep the careers page up-to-date.
• Build and nurture a warm bench of candidates for recurring roles such as housekeeping, maintenance, and driver positions.
• Manage employee-referral programmes and recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Deliver high-volume blue-collar hiring and specialist office hiring, including batch interview days.
• Coordinate interview schedules across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia and report weekly pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Hands-on, fast-moving professional with an ownership mindset.
• Ability to make routine recruitment decisions independently and act without escalation.
• Strong pipeline management skills; keeps vacancies moving and meets time-to-fill targets.
• Experience coordinating hiring across multiple locations.
• Comfortable handling both volume blue-collar hiring and specialist office recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience using Bayt, Indeed and GulfTalent for candidate search.
• Familiarity with maintaining online careers pages.
• Ability to run employee-referral programmes and manage recruitment agencies.
