Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

KinzaHR is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join its Dubai team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments, source high‑quality candidates, develop talent pipelines, and deliver successful placements for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assessments and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide recruitment activity reports and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Stay updated on UAE salary benchmarks, market trends and hiring conditions.
• Achieve individual placement, revenue and KPI targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, executive search or consultancy.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Target‑driven, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
