Regional HR Manager Middle East (Beauty & Cosmetics)

About the role

The globally recognised beauty and personal care brand is looking for a Regional HR Manager based in Dubai to lead HR activities across the Middle East. This senior position combines strategic partnership with senior leadership and hands‑on management of day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to regional leadership, supporting workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy across multiple markets.
• Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers while ensuring compliance, consistency and fairness.
• Oversee daily HR operations including contracts, queries, performance management, disciplinary processes and documentation.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and retail roles, handling headcount planning, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with UAE and regional labour laws, ensuring strong governance and regular reviews.
• Supervise payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management and HR systems in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
• Support managers with performance frameworks, coaching, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.
• Promote a values‑led, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and wider Middle East labour legislation.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders while remaining hands‑on.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multicultural teams.
