Regional Retail Trainer & Coach (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Regional Retail Trainer & Coach will develop the capabilities, confidence and performance of boutique teams across the MEIAT region. Working closely with boutique management, commercial teams and HR, you will deliver learning experiences that reinforce Cartier’s client experience and selling philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and design targeted training and coaching plans.
• Deliver onboarding programmes and follow‑up sessions for new joiners.
• Facilitate in‑person, virtual and in‑boutique learning sessions, role‑plays and skill‑building activities.
• Observe client interactions, provide on‑the‑floor coaching and support individual development plans.
• Monitor participation, evaluate learning effectiveness and report performance indicators.
• Maintain learning platforms and ensure accurate tracking of training activities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching or learning & development, preferably in luxury retail.
• Ability to partner with boutique managers, commercial teams and HR across multiple countries.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the MEIAT region.
