Registered Nurse – Emergency & Occupational Health

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive emergency, first‑aid, and occupational health services within the on‑site clinic of Provita International Medical Center in Al Ain. The role ensures rapid response to injuries, maintains clinic operations, and supports employee wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate first‑aid and emergency nursing care for occupational and non‑occupational injuries, including triage, stabilization, and coordination of ambulance transfers.
• Administer medications and treatments within nursing scope and maintain readiness of emergency equipment such as AEDs, oxygen cylinders, and suction units.
• Provide occupational health services in line with DOH and OSHAD regulations, including pre‑employment, periodic, and return‑to‑work assessments.
• Manage daily clinic operations, ensure infection‑prevention standards, and oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee medical records, prepare monthly utilization reports, and support regulatory inspections.
• Participate in incident reporting, root‑cause analysis, and provide medical input for investigations.
• Implement infection‑prevention and control measures, including biomedical waste disposal and hand‑hygiene compliance.
