About the role
BroadNet is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Lead based in Dubai to own the relationship with regulators across the MENA region. The role covers filing licenses, commenting on draft consultations and translating policy into product requirements. It leads a two-person compliance pod (Dubai and Cairo) reporting to the COO, working closely with engineering and the operator-facing product team.
Key responsibilities
- Build regulator relationships with TDRA (UAE), CITC (KSA), NTRA (Egypt), ARCEP (Lebanon), ARN (Tunisia) and counterparts in the wider region.
- Handle A2P, sender-ID and cross-border message licenses across more than 10 jurisdictions.
- Contribute to public consultations on SMS, RCS and OTT messaging.
- Take part in product reviews and flag where the roadmap conflicts with policy.
