Relationship Officer - Accounting and Tax (French Speaker)

About the role

The Accounting & Tax Department is looking for a proactive Relationship Officer who will act as the primary liaison between French‑speaking clients and internal finance teams. You will ensure that accounting, VAT and corporate tax services are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on accounting, VAT and corporate tax matters.
• Coordinate client requests with internal accounting, tax and compliance teams.
• Collect accounting records, supporting documents and confirmations from clients.
• Monitor deadlines for financial statements, VAT returns and corporate tax filings.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, explaining service scope and compliance requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and ensure clear communication throughout the engagement.
• Support billing, contract renewals and follow‑up on client service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a client‑facing role within an accounting, audit, tax or professional services firm.
• Understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax concepts (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
