Reservations Manager – Holiday Homes

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our holiday‑home reservations team in Dubai. You will oversee the full booking cycle, ensure seamless guest experiences, and directly handle high‑profile VIP reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and schedule the reservations team to maintain optimal coverage.
• Manage property listings and booking calendars across multiple platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Process reservations personally, with a focus on VIP guests and special requests.
• Maintain high guest‑satisfaction standards through professional communication.
• Monitor team performance, booking accuracy and service quality.
• Collaborate with operations, housekeeping and marketing to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
• Analyse occupancy trends and recommend revenue‑optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a reservations or guest‑services team.
• Proven background in holiday‑home, hospitality or property‑rental environments.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Independent, proactive problem‑solver with a guest‑first mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
