Restaurant Supervisor for Upmarket Casual Restaurant

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead operations at an upmarket casual restaurant in Dubai, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service flow from front‑of‑house to kitchen.
• Supervise, train and support staff, fostering top‑notch guest service.
• Manage scheduling, performance and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor service standards and customer feedback, continuously improving the dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and specials.
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and high customer‑service standards.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in restaurant management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Basic salary AED 3,500‑4,700 per month, depending on experience.
• Food allowance AED 400.
• Service charge average AED 350‑500.
