Retail HR Business Partner

About the role

Al Boom Marine is looking for a dynamic Retail HR Business Partner to join its Dubai team. You will act as the strategic HR partner for the retail division, aligning people initiatives with business goals and fostering a high‑performance culture across stores and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for retail employees and managers on HR matters.
• Deliver HR processes and initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning and career development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues such as disputes, disciplinaries, grievances and absence.
• Provide expert advice on UAE labour law and company HR policies.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to offer data‑driven recommendations to retail leadership.
• Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience using HRIS systems and working with HR metrics.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
