Retail Operations Manager Middle East

About the role

Giorgio Armani is expanding its direct‑retail footprint across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the Retail Operations Manager will support the performance and profitability of stores in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock handling and movements for new store openings, closures and special projects.
• Ensure stock rooms are adequately resourced and that incoming and outgoing products are processed according to company procedures.
• Monitor inventory, resolve outstanding issues and follow standard operating procedures.
• Identify operational impacts within projects and recommend process‑improvement strategies.
• Lead, train and assess stock controllers.
• Oversee the operational side of store openings, relocations and conversions, coordinating with all internal departments.
• Liaise with IT, Facilities and Finance to solve issues and achieve company goals.
• Maintain, update and enforce operational policies, technical systems, manuals and training materials.
• Guarantee execution of brand guidelines for all Armani brands in the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations and stock management.
• Ability to lead and train teams, particularly stock controllers.
• Strong project coordination skills for store openings and relocations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
