Retail Sales Executive – Tourism Sales

About the role

Phoenix Tours L.L.C. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join its growing tourism team in Sharjah. The role focuses on generating new business, converting inquiries into bookings, and building strong relationships with travel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through travel agencies, hotels, corporate clients, online leads, and direct outreach.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners and corporate accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid service orientation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform to track leads and sales.
