Retail Sales Executive – Watches & Jewelry

About the role

Minimalist, a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods, is hiring a Retail Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi. The role sits in its stores across the UAE, where the focus is on building customer relationships rather than simply selling.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, giving detailed product information and building rapport.
• Approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs and recommend products suited to their preferences.
• Convince customers to complete a purchase and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote sales by explaining promotions, special offers, discounts and other sales tools.
• Keep sales records independently, coordinate with the relevant departments and optimise performance.
• Maintain the brand's standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in the UAE in luxury, watches or jewelry.
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field.
• Ideally a sales management certification from an accredited provider.

Required skills

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
