S1N Lean Line Welder

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail‑oriented Welder to join our S1N manufacturing line in Dubai. You will perform precision welding and complex repairs on S1N components while adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and escalate safety or quality concerns within the GT cell and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Execute high‑quality welds that meet S1N specifications and complete welding tracking sheets in real‑time.
• Perform specialized welding operations within defined TAKT times, following work instructions precisely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to 5S standards and ensure equipment is ready to run.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of dedicated experience in S1N welding and component repair.
• Accountable with proven ability to follow rigorous work instructions without deviation.
• Strong understanding of quality control metrics and impact of welding defects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment where precision and consistency are critical.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• High technical proficiency in TIG welding.
• Experience with S23N welding (plus).
• Experience with S123S welding (plus).
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor maintenance on grinders.
