Sales Account Manager - Chemical And Industrial

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive new business and grow existing accounts for NOV's composite pipework, fiberglass structures and FRP tank solutions across the Middle East. The focus is on the chemical and industrial markets, covering sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, power generation, mining, renewables and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales revenue, order intake and profitability targets in the assigned Middle East territories.
• Implement regional sales plans and business development activities aligned with global objectives.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for composite pipework systems, fiberglass structures and FRP tank solutions.
• Support projects from early‑stage specification through contract award and execution.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting.
• Provide technical guidance, product recommendations and support bid preparation and contract negotiations.
• Manage relationships with EPC contractors, channel partners and industrial end‑users, including joint sales calls and events.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of high‑value account management in industrial markets within the Middle East.
• Proven track record selling engineered products and solutions.
• Strong understanding of project‑based sales cycles (EPC, contractor, end‑user).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across the region.
• Engineering education or equivalent technical sales experience.
