About the role

Optifashion is seeking a Sales Associate with optical retail experience to join its UAE store. You will provide personalized customer service and help customers choose eyewear, frames, and prescription lenses.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent and personalized customer service
Advise customers on eyewear, frames, and prescription lenses
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain product and fashion knowledge of eyewear
Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and after‑sales service
Handle sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds
Maintain a clean and professional store environment
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of optical retail sales experience
Experience with prescription lenses and eyewear
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage
Confident, professional, and team‑oriented
Willingness to learn and work in a target‑driven environment
